Prices
On our meet and greet we will discuss your pets needs for each day and work out how much time will be required. The time required depends on how many animals you have and what other chores are needed for each visit.
There is no extra charge for walking whilst pet sitting, we just charge a basic fee per visit and everything is included!
30 minute visit $30 (up to 30 minutes)
45 minute visit $45
*Different visit times can be arranged on distance and requirements.
*There is no limit or extra charge on the amount of animals you have, but a longer visit time may be required depending on the amount of animals to be cared for and if your wanting your dog walked for a longer period. Check below regarding a possible travel fee.
Dog Stays at Pampered Pet Sitters Home
*We take dogs into our home conditional upon your dog meeting our dog. Your pet will live with us as if he were our own, so this meeting is essential as our
pets safety does come first. We only accept small/medium size dogs.
*We ask that you bring their bed and a favourite toy or blanket so that they are more comfortable but we can supply bowls and other toys.
*As our pets can be fussy eaters and the change of diet can cause an upset tummy and the runs, we ask that you supply all food.
Price for Home Stay Dogs:
$40 per day for one dog
$70 per day for two dogs

Invoices
*Accounts are calculated for per day are required to be paid in full prior to the commencement date. We cannot commence visits without
payment.
*If your pet is staying at our home, we can accept payment by cash on the arrival day. The fee charged for the departure day will depend on your pick-up
time.
Travel Fee
Every booking will incur a .15c per klm travel fee.
All Public Holidays
All public holidays incur a $5 surcharge per visit. Peak periods at Easter and December 24th - January 5th incur a $5 per visit surcharge. Christmas day incurs a 100% surcharge and Boxing day/New Years Day a 50% surcharge.
Booking Fee:
A booking fee is required to hold your pets placement. This is required to be paid within 7 days of making the booking to hold your placement. Your booking fee is deducted from the total amount due at the time of your account settlement. This booking fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation:
We request that cancelling any booking is to be given at least 48 hours prior to the commencement date. Refunds are at the our discretion.
What happens if my pet gets sick while I am away?
We will try to contact you first, then we will contact your preferred veterinarian for advice. Please speak to your preferred vet as they should be able to arrange for you to pay on your return, should we need to take your pet there.
In the case that your pet becomes sick outside of office hours, we will take him to BVSC (Brisbane Veterinary Specialist Centre) at Albany Creek. They do require payment before leaving, so an alternative contact name will need to be given at the time of our meet and greet in case you are unreachable.
In the case that your pet is in need of veterinary attention, there will be a cost of $15 per 30 minutes for Pampered Pet Sitters time and travel expenses.
How do I pay Pampered Pet Sitters?
Payment can be made either by direct debit or cash. Direct Debit details will be on the bottom of your invoice.
All invoices must be paid in full prior to the commencement date. We cannot commence visits without payment.
Does Pampered Pet Sitters have Insurance?
Yes we do!
